I'm not a big fan of Lechon but I know of someone who does..*wink*..who if given the chance to spend Christmas in Pinas would definitely want one for Noche Buena.

I've heard so many good feedbacks about Sabroso Lechon. My curiosity is piqued and I'd really want to have a taste of it. They only use free range native pigs for their lechon and it is then filled with spices.
